Please complete this pre workshop assessment before attending the training. The purpose of this exercise is to understand your current experience with procurement, tenders and contractor management at Ubombo, as well as your familiarity with our policies, standards and procedures. Your responses will help us tailor the workshop content, exercises and examples to real issues that you face in your day to day work. There are a mix of multiple choice and short answer questions. This is not a test and there are no right or wrong opinions. We are interested in honest, practical feedback on what works well, what is confusing and where you see risks or gaps. Individual responses will be kept confidential and will only be used to improve the workshop and strengthen our internal systems.
